Foam Options

For optimum pet health, FurHaven uses low VOC, CertiPUR-US® certified foam. This domestic foam is made without PDBEs, TDCPP or TCEP ("Tris") flame retardants, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals. Our foam is manufactured without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, and phthalates regulated by the CPSC.

The foam is manufactured in the U.S.A. and has been rigorously tested to ensure it meets standards for content, emissions, and durability, and was analyzed by independent, accredited testing laboratories.

To reduce our carbon footprint, this product will be shipped under compression. Our foam is designed to recover from high compression shipping. Recovery periods may vary based on time in transit. For best results, please unpack ASAP upon arrival. Our polyethylene shipping bags are easy to recycle anywhere plastic bags are accepted!

Care Instructions

Cover: Unzip and remove the base filling (core). Zip cover closed, and gently shake off loose debris. Machine wash separately on a cold, gentle cycle. Do not bleach or use fabric softener. Tumble dry on low-medium heat until completely dry. Avoid using machines with a center agitator and do not exceed machine capacity for optimal results.

Liner: Non-woven liners are not machine washable. Follow the care instructions for the base core material to maintain its quality and comfort.
