Easy to open, impossible to close. Blurb on front of box says "Easy pop open & twist close for storage". No instructions how it twists (or folds) to fit back in carrying case. Playpen is useless if it has to be taken from place to place while open. Bought on Amazon and returning to them out of the box. Not happy about the additional cost to return because it won't go back into original box. Furhaven says my upload takes too long and suggests uploading 1 file at a time - All I tried to upload was a single picture. Not a customer friendly company!
